Supporting you to see your rooted willow tree within.
Wellness extends beyond our physical health.
Wellness encompasses various aspects of your life, including physical, emotional, financial, social, occupational, spiritual, intellectual, and environmental well-being. Physical well-being involves understanding your body's needs and providing it with proper care to promote health, healing, and energy. Emotional well-being entails being kind to oneself and acknowledging the wide range of emotions experienced. Financial well-being encompasses the ability to meet basic needs and effectively manage money in both the short and long term. Social well-being revolves around building and nurturing trustworthy, respectful, and genuine relationships. Occupational well-being involves pursuing a career path that aligns with personal goals, fosters professional growth and contributes to overall success. Spiritual well-being encompasses connecting with both the internal and external world to support living one's values and fulfilling a sense of purpose. Intellectual well-being entails stimulating and resting the brain to foster critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity. Lastly, environmental well-being encompasses actively contributing to safe, accessible, and sustainable spaces. To truly thrive, all dimensions of your well-being must work harmoniously together, as each aspect influences and complements the others.

Hi! I’m Tracy
Despite a tough childhood, I stayed positive and determined to not just survive, but thrive. I got married young and have two kids, aged 16 and 13. While pregnant with my daughter, I had some unpleasant side effects from prenatal vitamins. A coworker suggested trying Shaklee products, which I loved, and had a healthy pregnancy as a result. Motherhood made me realize the importance of what we eat, so I started buying organic and being mindful of the food I brought home. I became passionate about nutrition. After my second child, a friend convinced me to do a 5K, and to my surprise, I fell in love with running. I've participated in multiple 5Ks and completed my first half marathon in 2019. To have more energy to balance my busy life, I focused on being healthy. In 2017, I started working out during nap time and eating better, which helped me lose 35 lbs. However, I still had issues with eczema and bloating. I took online nutrition courses and saw a holistic doctor, who found that I had food intolerances and high candida levels. I followed a strict candida protocol and focused on what I could eat, which made a big difference in my body. I also discovered high levels of mycotoxins and I'm currently working on healing. Investing in your health is always worth it. At Rooted Willow Collective, I aim to support you on your journey to discovering your true self and living the lifestyle you want. I’m here to help you find strength, resilience, grace, comfort, and beauty while walking alongside you every step of the way.
