Encouraging you to thrive through life’s challenges.
Wellness extends beyond our physical health.
The willow tree represents flexibility, adaptability and endurance. It is a symbol of fertility and new life. A willow branch can be planted in the ground and from it, a new tree will grow in its place. Its ability to grow and survive is powerfully symbolic. We also have the ability to grow from whatever is left of us from the hardships we endure.
Are you Listening to your body? Your body speaks to you. Your nervous system uses nerve cells called neurons to send signals or messages all over our body. These messages will begin as whispers that will develop into screams if you continue to ignore them.

Hi! I’m Tracy
Despite a tough childhood, I stayed positive and determined to not just survive, but thrive. I got married young and have two kids, aged 16 and 13. While pregnant with my daughter, I had some unpleasant side effects from prenatal vitamins. A coworker suggested trying Shaklee products, which I loved, and had a healthy pregnancy as a result. Motherhood made me realize the importance of what we eat, so I started buying organic and being mindful of the food I brought home. I became passionate about nutrition. After my second child, a friend convinced me to do a 5K, and to my surprise, I fell in love with running. I've participated in multiple 5Ks and completed my first half marathon in 2019. To have more energy to balance my busy life, I focused on being healthy. In 2017, I started working out during nap time and eating better, which helped me lose 35 lbs. However, I still had issues with eczema and bloating. I took online nutrition courses and saw a holistic doctor, who found that I had food intolerances and high candida levels. I followed a strict candida protocol and focused on what I could eat, which made a big difference in my body. I also discovered high levels of mycotoxins and I'm currently working on healing. Investing in your health is always worth it. At Rooted Willow Collective, I aim to support you on your journey to discovering your true self and living the lifestyle you want. I’m here to help you find strength, resilience, grace, comfort, and beauty while walking alongside you every step of the way.
